Karyn-grace Clarke, our Program Chair, and Vanessa Idler, our Conference Manager, are working with the team and resources at International Conference Services (ICS) to ensure a seamless experience for all.  Karyn-grace, IBCLC and Registered Lactation Consultant owner of Happy Tribe Consulting in Nanaimo, BC, Canada has been working with expectant and breastfeeding families for over 15 years.  Taking great interest in maternal/child health care from a cultural and global perspective, Karyn-grace is active in the social networking realm as the ‘MilkWhisperer’ on Facebook and Twitter.  Vanessa Idler, Conference Manager, is a Hospitality Management graduate who brings over 10 years of hospitality and conference planning expertise to the table.  Vanessa takes personal pride in ensuring that the logistics of running a conference are facilitated with attention to detail and exceptional personal service.  

ICS is regarded as one of the premier Professional Congress Organizers in the world and is a leading member of the International Association of Professional Congress Organizers (IAPCO).  With 25 employees and 35 years of experience, ICS has dedicated departments for registration, conference management, accounting, and sponsorship.  ICS is jointly owned by Mathias Posch, ICS President, and Iain MacKay, FCA and ICS Chairman of the Board.  Together, this team provides the vital components necessary for the future success of GOLD’s online educational options, promising an awesome experience for all of GOLD’s future participants.
